Understanding Triggers, Urges, and Cravings in Addiction Recovery

 

A clinical training on how internal and external triggers activate urges and cravings. Participants learn practical strategies to help clients interrupt relapse patterns and strengthen recovery stability.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Codependency & Trauma Bonds

 

Breaking Maladaptive Relationship Cycles

 

This training helps clinicians identify trauma bonds, codependent behaviors, and emotional enmeshment that keep clients stuck in destructive relationships. Participants learn therapeutic approaches that support autonomy, boundary development, and emotional regulation.
